Description:
Mercury offers three different ranges of DNA marker fragments for all of your Molecular Biology applications. Each band in the mixture is exact with respect to DNA size and quantity, allowing an accurate determination of product size and yield. All mixtures contain at lease one band which fluroesces with double intensity for easy orientation. Markers can be phosphorylated without prior dephosphorylation for easy radiochemical labelling. The DNA is supplied ready-to-use (5ul per lane) in loading buffer. |
