Xtron supply a range of Dry Block Heaters that have a temperature range of ambient +5 Deg C to 110 Deg C. Xtron have available Single, Double, Triple and Twinheat models.
Block Heater is a well- temperature-controlled incubator for accurate chemical reactions. There are three types of interchangeable blocks specified for test tubes, micro-centrifuge tubes and PCR reaction tubes to facilitate varied experiments. Temperature is settable from 30?J to 200?J and thereby ideal for hot start PCR applications, digestion by restriction enzymes, denaturation of nucleic acids and proteins, enzyme kinetics reactions, immunoassays, COD reactions, BUN, coagulation studies, melting agar etc. One-block and two-block modules are available.
A range of standard blocks are available for use with DBH10, DBH20D, DBH30 & DBH30D, including blocks with tapered holes to suit 1.5ml and 0.5ml Eppendorf tubes. Blocks can be manufactured to order for most tubes and small flasks, to suit customer requirements.
Four models of Dry Block Heater are offered from the single block analogue DBH10 to the three block digital DBH30D. The analogue models can control to 110?C whilst the digital ones can be configured to control to 150?C. Special heaters and blocks can be custom made for control to 400?C.
