The longevity of laboratory equipment relies on proper care and ongoing maintenance. As part of Pathtech?s support to our customers we provide a range of instructions that will enable you to keep your instruments in optimum condition.
Each plan includes manufacturer approved service and calibration, with associated parts, unlimited phone / email support and priority response times and annual reminders are also included.
Decontamination
When you send in your instrument in for service, correct decontamination is critical. Pathtech provides helpful decontamination guidelines.
If you are sending your instrument back to Pathtech, you will need to provide a decontamination certificate.

Tag and Test Service
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) legislation imposes a duty of care to provide a safe workplace. Failure to ensure the safety of electrical equipment may result in death or injury. To discharge your duty of care you are required to reduce the risk of electrical shock as far as practicable. One method of achieving this is to ensure your tools, leads and appliances are tested for electrical fault on a regular basis.
